Bladerunner
It's the year 2019. Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) is a former blade runner. He is hired to hunt replicants: superstrong, super-intelligent androids who are almost indistinguishable from people. As biotechnological gadgets they are forbidden from living on earth. For security reasons their life spans are limited, to prevent them from developing emotions and desire for independence.
The four Nexus models which Deckard is asked to destroy, are searching for their creator in the hope he will postpone their demise. Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer) is their leader. Tracking them, Deckard stumbles across dangerous secrets and falls in love with the beautiful Rachel- who is unaware that she too, is not quite human. Must he kill her or love her?
