Whilst on leave, James Bond (George Lazenby) meets Tracy (Diana Rigg). She's the daughter of a crimelord named Draco (Gabriele Ferzetti), who wants Bond to marry his daughter to keep her in line. If Bond agrees to marry her, Draco promises to hand over information that will lead Bond to Blofeld, the most dangerous man on the planet. At first Bond agrees to the deal purely to fulfil his objective to kill Blofeld but later he grows to love Tracy.
James finds Blofeld living on a mountaintop, running a clinic for women with allergies. He goes undercover in Blofeld's hi-tech headquarters and discovers that Blofeld has a plan to use universal sterilization to bring the world to its knees. He wants money, a pardon, and a title. When Blofeld figures out 007's true identity all hell breaks lose.
