James Bond
James Bond is a fictional spy created in 1953 by writer Ian Fleming.
Bond was born on November 16, 19241. He was the son of Andrew Bond and Monique Delacroix Bond2. At the age of 13 James entered Eton, the most famous public school in the world, was expelled and shortly after he went to a military school near Edinburgh.
In 1941 James Bond entered WWII after claiming to be 19 years of age. After the war he joined MI6, the United Kingdom's external intelligence agency. Bond gained his licence to kill and his famous number 0073 in 1950 after completing two assassinations at Casino Royale.
The James Bond film character and the James Bond novel character differ in some ways. In the books he does a lot of paperwork, and goes on a few secret missions a year. In the films James Bond is always being shown working on a secret mission.
